STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Asked before you had to ask.

Plain-English answers to what owners actually ask us, before the first call.

Do you replace our current IT person?+

Usually we back them up, not box them out. Many clients keep an internal person for day-to-day and lean on us for monitoring, security, and heavy projects. If there is no one internal, we become the whole function.

What does CMMC readiness actually involve?+

A gap assessment against the controls you are held to, a plan of action for the gaps, the implementation work, and the written policies and evidence an assessor asks for. We keep it current so you are not scrambling before an audit.

Can you take over a site or system someone else built?+

Yes. We start with a review of what exists, tell you plainly what is solid and what is not, then stabilize it before we change anything.

What happens when something breaks at 2 a.m.?+

On managed plans, monitoring pages us before most clients notice. You reach a real person, we work the incident, and you get a plain-English write-up afterward.

We only need one thing. Do we have to buy everything?+

No. Each practice stands alone. Start with the one project you need and expand later only if it makes sense.

Do you host the sites and systems you build?+

Yes, on HostPhenix, infrastructure we own and operate. No reseller finger-pointing when something needs attention.

How do you bill?+

Project work is fixed-scope with milestones. Managed work is a flat monthly number per agreement, with monthly reporting. One invoice, one standard.

Where are you based, and who do you serve?+

Clarksville, Tennessee, serving government contractors, small businesses, and e-commerce companies across three continents.

Still have a question?

Ask a human. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, plain English.
